DAVID
Your silent and loyal servant
The GD-04 is a GSM remote controller. It sends SMSes, calls, switches appliance on/off and guards.
The GD-04 DAVID is a universal GSM dialer and controller. DAViD provides 2 output contacts of power relays and 4 input terminals. The GD-04 can be easily set up by using the configuration web page.
David cannot speak to you but is understood by everyone.
Basic Features
Relay operated by mobile phone
Two output contacts (X and Y), each 5A/250V output can be used as:
- switch operated by SMS messages. Customized message text can be set for switching on and off.
- a time switch which can be controlled by mobile phone (the time period can be set from 1s to 10 hours)
- a relay operated by phone call. You can set up to 50 phone numbers for each relay. If there is a phone call from preset phone number, the device will not answer the call but the relay will react ( as a switch or time switch). A phone call made this way is for free and can be used for opening garage gates, door locks, switching the lights on etc. The number of times entry is allowed can be set for each authorised number. Example: you can allow the customer to open the parking gate 30 times and then further entry is no longer authorised. Re-authorization can then be done by SMS.
The four input terminals (A to D) can report their activation or deactivation by SMS message (e.g. "power failure for freezer" and "power restoration for freezer").
- every SMS report can have up to 30 letters
- There can be up to 8 phone numbers set to each terminal for the reports.
- David can also emphasize each SMS report by a phone call.
- David can also check the level of the credit on the SIM card and warn you about low credit if prepaid SIM card is in use.
The functions of DAVID can be set by SMS message from a mobile phone. A simpler way ( and also for free) is to use web page www.david.jablotron.com (no registratrion is required, only filling in a simple form is needed).
Specifications
|
A GD-04A back-up module, which provides David with the ability to work approx. 12 to 24 hours continually without an external power supply |
| |
|
A GD-04D DTMF module, which allows you to control David’s output relays by entering numeric codes (DTMF codes) on the telephone keypad during calls |
| |
|
A GD-04P link cable, which allows you to connect David to a PC through a USB port and perform any desired configuration using GDLink software. |
| |
|
A GD-04R radio module, which allows input A to D activations via wireless buttons or detectors of the OASiS series and also provides David with the capability of output relay X or Y state transmission to UC or AC OASiS receivers. In addition, you can control relays X or Y "locally" via RC-8x keyfobs (so that an appliance can be controlled both via a mobile phone and a keyfob). The module also allows heating control (again locally or remotely via a mobile phone) using wireless thermostats of the TP-8x series. |

GD-06 Allegro GSM Communicator
The GD-06 ALLEGRO is a universal GSM dialer and controller.
It can be used for both home and industrial automation purposes, for security applications or any remote data transfer project. Triggering any of the inputs will cause the sending of a reporting SMS message to preprogrammed phone numbers or a direct call to a telephone number. By using specific text messages, you can switch on or off the remote controlled outputs. In the basic setting, the GD-06 provides 4 inputs and 3 outputs. The device can be programmed using programming SMS messages or via the Internet using Jablotron’s GSMLink web page. The Expert mode enables full programming of all inputs and outputs, triggering a listening-in mode, GPRS data communication and analogue data transmission.
